Our experience working with Shane and J.J.Fuchs and their entire crew at Rimrock Builders,Inc., was exceptional! When we decided to move to Billings, we had hoped to find just the “right” house for our family to purchase…however, when that didn’t happen we decided to take a leap of faith…and find a contractor to help us design and build our home. We were very nervous about finding a builder we could trust to build the home we were hoping for…a builder we could communicate with, feel comfortable with, count on to be available and reliable, and who would help us stay within our budget. We needed a builder who had the skill and experience to help us plan our house from beginning to end. When we were introduced to Shane we immediately felt comfortable and found it very easy to communicate to him our hopes and concerns, budget and time line.
With Pete out of town during a large portion of the building process, Darcy was concerned about handling the many day to day decisions that needed to be made. However, Shane and his wife J.J. along with their skilled subcontractors and crews, could not have been more helpful or patient. They were honest and willing to say “no, not a good idea” or “sure, we can try that”, and often “here’s a solution”. All of them contributed to making the building process go very smoothly. Shane went “above and beyond” to make our dream a reality and our house the home we had hoped for. We can’t say enough about Shane, J.J. and Rimrock Builders…and we wouldn’t hesitate to build with them again!
